ECSQ Plays Viola Quintets

SJAC is thrilled to welcome back the Elm City String Quartet for the last concert of the season!

From the Quartet:

We’re closing out the season with our annual season-closer guest artist collaboration! We’re so excited to welcome Carolyn Farnand, Symphony Nova Scotia’s new Assistant Principal Violist, and CBC Music’s 2024 “30 Canadian Classical Musicians Under 30.” We’ll be playing the beautiful Viola Quintet No. 2 by Johannes Brahms, and we’ll be including a few other surprises in the evening, including the premiere of a new work by New Brunswick based composer Sasha Louis Leger, written just for this run of concerts!
