Join artist Nathan Cann for this introduction to linoleum block printmaking. In this four-week course students will be designing, carving, and printing their own linocut prints! Suitable for beginners and experienced printmakers alike. All supplies included.<\/p>\n

We recommend students begin planning a 5″x 7″ design in advance of the course.<\/p>\n

About the Instructor:<\/h4>\n

Nathan<\/span>\u00a0Cann is a Maritime-born artist who dabbles in new media and experimental chemical printmaking both green and toxic. After finishing his undergrad at Mount Allison University, New Brunswick; and receiving the BMO Art1st Provincial award,\u00a0Nathan<\/span>\u00a0left the Maritimes to witness the rest of Canada and explore new merits outside of artistic practice. Current work focuses on the haunting of lands, particularly within the Maritimes, by means of monotypes and industry.<\/p>\n
